Clifford Buggs was born on June 19, 1934 in Sylvania, GA to the late James Buggs and Bessie Jones. He departed his life on January 21, 2025. Clifford had one sister and he also was a widower. Clifford graduated from Jones High school class of 1953. He lived in various places, Winter Garden, FL, Brooklyn, NY, Philadelphia, PA, Lutz, FL, Orange Park, FL, and Summerville, SC. He retired from the United Parcel Service and he also retired from the United States Army. He was a part of many organizations such as Teamsters, Poll worker, Committee Man, a Noble Shriner, American Legion, and a part of the Brotherhood Ministries at his church. Clifford was a man of his word. He loved to travel, listen to music, and work on house projects. He was proceeded in death by one daughter Joann Nelson. Clifford leaves behind four children; Keith(Levette) Buggs of Lawrenceville, GA; Darcus Kegler of Orlando, FL, Cassandra Mackey, and James E. Buggs, fourteen grandchildren; Matthew, Charity Joi, Keivette, Tony Nelson, Tamilla, Amara, Michael, Taron, Kendra, Bless, Brandon, Ashley,  Andrew, and Desirae, and a faithful companion, Margaret, and a host of other family and friends.
