On January 12, 2021 Denver Bannister heard his name being called.  For many are called, but few are chosen. On July 4, 1933 Denver Bannister was born to the late Robert and Lottie D. Bannister in Ridgeville, South Carolina. Cherishing his life are his loving daughter Lisa Bannister of Hong Kong, a devoted sister Esther Glover of Ridgeville, SC. One sister-in-law Lois Best of Bamberg, SC, one sister that proceeded him death, One beloved 1st Cousin Faye Cheney; a loyal and dedicated niece Gelores (Lo) Nolan, his caretaker since he moved home, and a host of other nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews.
