FUNERAL SERVICES AT NEW ASHLEY BAPTIST CHURCH ARE FOR IMMEDIATE FAMILY ONLY

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Florence Fludd of Summerville, SC who entered into eternal rest on October 7, 2021. She was born June 23, 1943 to the late Deacon Isaac and the Late Missionary Minnie Mitchell. Florence married the love of her life, the Late Walter Louis Fludd on July 8, 1961. Their union was blessed with three beautiful daughters, Renita Denise, Bronwyn Michelle and Avlyn Louise.  She leaves her legacy in her children, Renita (Roger) Corbett of Brentwood, NY, Bronwyn (Pastor Linwood) Boyd of Springfield Gardens, NY and Pastor Avlyn (Carl) Rivers of Lake Wylie, SC; her grandchildren, Daven (Olanike) Corbett, Revay Corbett, Leneisha (Mario) Horne, Kyle (Desiree) Corbett, Brionna Boyd and Vereisha Corbett, and her Great grandchildren; Genevieve, Meya, Sarai, Nehemiah, Xavier and Aaris, her Godchildren, Ingrid Ellis, Shawn (Leslie) Flood, Darchina (Bobby) Dunston, Lisa (Sean) Williamson, Debra (Terence) Farrow and Marlene (Pastor George).  She will also be missed by her siblings Deloris Greene, Isaac Mitchell, Jr., Wondell (Sidney) Aiken, Inell Green, Elias (Doris) Mitchell and Ora (Leon) Johnson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and Sorority Sisters.
