Mr. Fred Wallace Turner was the beloved son of Deacon and Deaconess Sammie and Lucilla Turner. Fred was educated in the public schools of Dorchester County.

Fred occasionally worshipped with his family members at the Emanuel Baptist Church, Summerville, SC

Fred was a kind and compassionate individual who would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. No matter the sport, it didn't matter if it was football, basketball, or Tennis, Fred loved watching the game. But if you knew Fred, you knew that fishing and gambling were his all-time favorites.

Fred departed this life on Thursday, May 16, 2024, at home.

Four siblings preceded him in death, Robert Barness (Janie), Earnestine Simmons, (Louis), Sammie Turner, Jr. (Edna), and Lillian Turner

Cherishing his memories are his two brothers, Deacon Harold Turner (Patricia), Summerville, SC; Sandy Turner, Summerville, SC; two sisters, Ms. Lucell Turner, Willingboro, New Jersey, and Mrs. Shirley Watson, Summerville, SC. Two beloved Aunts, Mrs. Lula Barnes, (Eutawville, SC), and Mrs. Mae Turner, (Georgia).  and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
