Jacquelyn "Jackie" Marie Smalls was born in Charleston, SC on December 11 th 1959 to the latAndrew Smalls and Florence Smalls. She is the 2 nd oldest of their children while also being a fraternal twin.

Jackie was educated in Charleston and Dorchester counties in South Carolina. Jackie was known for her eclectic style of dressing, being the life of the party, and an avid walker! She leaves to cherish her memories, two sons: Torrian Smalls and Stephen Wright; her mother, Florence (Andrew) Smalls; her siblings; Delores Rose, John Ray (Hedi) Smalls, Ricky (Sametia) Williams, William Smalls, James Smalls, Adrian Smalls, and Angela Smalls. Five grandsons; Torrian Smalls, Jr., Hakeem Smalls, Maron Smalls, Mekhi Shuler, Tristan Smalls, and a host of uncles, aunt, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
