On Saturday, March 21, 2026, God called one of his sweet angel’s home, Joann White Logan. Joann was born on September 12, 1954, in Summerville, SC to the late Eddie and Josephine White. She was one of ten children.

Joann was educated in the public schools of Dorchester School District Two and a graduate of Summerville High School. After graduation, she kept up a passion she loved, caring for children. Joann was a dedicated babysitter for many years. Joann married the love of her life, Darryl R. Logan on August 24, 1979.

Joann was preceded in death by her parent and four siblings: Daniel White Sr., Arthur White, Ernest White, and Claritha White.

Left behind to cherish her memories, her daughter, Ebony Logan of Summerville, SC, siblings, Matthew White, Sr. (Joan), Naomi Nolan, Jeffrey White, Angeline Green (Ronald), and Annalee Wilson all from Summerville, SC, four grandchildren; Kiana, CJ., and Jordan Kitchens and Chloe Chisolm all from North Charleston, SC, mother-in-law, Virgina Rosemond of Summerville, SC, and a host of nieces, nephews, amazing relatives, and loyal friends. Joann’s infectious smile and laughter will be missed.
