We sorrowfully regret to inform you that Mrs. Kathy Rice entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, December 27, 2016. Late residence Ridgeville, SC. Mrs. Rice was the wife of Mr. David Rice, Sr.; mother of Ms. Tammie James, Ms. Ebony Norman, Mr. David Rice, Jr. and the late Ms. Nelvena Jenkins; sister of Mr. Tony Washington, Ms. Jeanne Lucas, Mr. Horace James, Ms. Rose James and Ms. Lisa James; grandmother of Marques Walker, Tameria James, James Eady and Montavias Bettis
