The last rteligous rites for Mr. Council will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2014 12:00 PM at Cannan United Methodist Church, Rev. Mack McClam, Pastor. Interment Magnolia Baptist Church Cemetery, Ridgeville, SC. His wife Mrs. Jannie Council request his brothers Mr. Robert Council, Mr. Hesikiah Council (Betty) and Mr. Sonny Council, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends to attend with them these last rites.
