God's Angels were traveling Heavens Lane looking for the perfect rose for his garden. He saw Rosella Carn- Phillips on her journey is now complete. Job well done. Rosella Carn-Phillips was born to the late Winston and Carrie Ross Carn on February 16, 1937. Rosella moved to Brooklyn New York at an early age and relocated back to Dorchester, South Carolina over twenty years ago. She was a devoted and dedicated member of St. Daniel United Methodist Church. Rosella was preceded in death by one sister and four brothers. Rosella leaves to cherish her precious memories one son Rudolph Carn of Atlanta, Georgia. Three sisters Mary Nell Butler, Rosa Lee Goodwin of Dorchester, SC, and Francena Carn of Brooklyn, NY. Two sisters-in-laws, Mary Carn and Margaret Ann Carn of Dorchester, SC. One God daughter Ramona Gavin of Summerville, SC. A host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
