Willie Lou
Bradley
November 29, 1937 – April 21, 2026
Willie Lou Felder - Bradley, Women of Faith to the very end, from Ridgeville, South Carolina, returned to God in her familiar home surrounded by loved ones on Tuesday, April 21st.
Born in Ridgeville, South Carolina in 1937 to Helen Felder - Glenn, she spent her younger years with her beloved cousins in New York. Later, adventuring through military life with her sweet love: Robert "Gene" Bradley, MSGT. Traveling to Alaska and other exciting places, they finally returned to her family homebase in Ridgeville, South Carolina.
As a fulfilled member of New Hope United Methodist Church, Willie Lou faithfully served with the New Hope UMC Women of Faith group and looked forward to every Tuesday to fellowship with The Bethel AME Senior Squad. Diagnosed with multiple health issues and pain, she held on to faith until the very end. Saying, "I'm alright" and "I'm gonna be alright". She thanked God for every moment she was able to spend with those dear to her, who called on her as sister, niece, friend and to many, "NuNu".
Willie Lou was preceded in death by her late mother Helen Felder - Glenn, her beloved husband Robert "Gene" Bradley, her uncle JD Felder, and aunts.
She is survived by her cherished church family, a host of sibling-like cousins and other loved ones who share many fond memories of their special time with her.
