Frances L Fane

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Frances Fane of Summerville, SC who entered into eternal rest on February 16, 2021. 

Frances was born on August 15, 1946 in (Berkeley County) Summerville, South Carolina. She was the third child born to Leroy and Essie Gertrude (Mazyck) Cummings. 

Reflections of wonderful thoughts and loving memories will be cherished by her two sons, Ronald Fane and Dwight Fane (Aurora Fane); Five grandchildren, Fatima Clark ( Stephen ), Shaylyn Fane-Davis (Mitchell), Nasir Fane, Data Fane and Keila Fane; two great grandchildren (Carter and Amari); three brothers , Alex Cummings (Helen), Clifford Cummings, and Gilbert (deceased); five sisters, Coretha Calloway, Harriet Dantzler, Vivian Mason, Doris Michell Cummings and Geniece Dianne Cummings (deceased) and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Frances will be missed greatly. This is not goodbye. She is at peace now and will always be with us. Now it’s our turn to go live life to the fullest and keep her legacy alive.
