It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Katherine Hill-Pinckney of Charleston, SC who entered into eternal rest on July 18, 2021 . She was born February 2, 1942.

The Family and Friends of the Late Katherine Hill Pinckney are invited to attend her Funeral Services on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at the Pinckney Residence, Charleston, SC. Public viewing will be held on Friday, July 23, 2021 at the funeral home from 12:00 to 1:00 PM followed by her burial at Brownsville Cemetery beginning at 2:00 PM. Katherine was born on February 1, 1942, in Charleston, SC. She graduated from Burke High School and went on to obtain a degree in accounting. She was proceeded in death by her mother Edrena Brown and oldest brother Malachi Brown. She is survived by her devoted husband Thomas Pickney, son Victor Keith Hill Jr, sister Audrey Pinckney, brother Joseph (Glenora) Brown, one aunt Flora Brown, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
