Margie Williams Obituary

Margie Bunch Williams was born in Ridgeville, South Carolina to Mae Frances Mack and Johnny Oliver, Sr. She grew up in Ridgeville and Summerville, South Carolina. God dispatched an angel to her bedside and took her home. She peacefully entered into eternal rest on the morning of June 11, 2022. Marge (as she was known) attended Jenkins Hill High School and Summerville High School. She graduated from Summerville High School. Marge was a member of Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, Charleston, South Carolina when she left Summerville and moved to Texas and later moving to Topeka, Kansas. She attended Remnant of God Ministries in Harleyville, South Carolina after returning to South
Carolina. Marge retired from Lieber Correctional Institute where she served eighteen years as a Correctional Officer. After retiring, she continued to work as a Security Guard for various
companies at different locations. She had love and compassion for the elderly and disable. She would sit with them making sure they were comfortable and happy in spite of their problems. Marge was a member of the Lovely Ladies Club where she continued helping others through the club. Marge was preceded in death by her mother and father, Mae Francis Bunch and Johnny Oliver, Sr.; Step father, Harry Lee Bunch; and brother, Johnny Oliver, Jr. Marge, an immaculate housekeeper leaves behind to cherish her fondest memories her
children, Lester Williams, Jr. and Jasmine White; five grandchildren, Aaliyah Williams, Victoria Williams, Kayden Williams, Raegan Williams and Omari Williams; four brothers, James Lee
Bunch (Shelley), Christopher Bunch, Derrick Bunch (Rebecca) and Harold Bunch (Antoinette); three sisters, Christine Turner, Irlene Lemon, and Darleasia Williams; five aunts; two uncles; a
host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends. Marge will be greatly missed, and would probably say to you “Miss Me, But Let Me Go”.
