Mr. Reginald Rayhue Bowman affectionately known as “Reggie” was born November 2, 1967. He was the oldest child of the late Mr. Palmer Bowman and the late Mrs. Mary Bowman. He entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center. He grew up and was educated in the public schools of Colleton County. After graduating high school, he attended and graduated from Benedict College in Columbia, South Carolina. During his college years, he became a proud member of the Beta Mu Chapter (Fall 87) of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity,
Incorporated. After college, he dreamed of traveling the world. Later, he enrolled into the United States Navy and served his country just like his Uncle Kenneth Bennett. His hobbies included singing, playing the piano, and teaching music. He directed and played for several churches in the community. He enjoyed serving the Lord. Reginald leaves to cherish his memories his son, Jaquan Hamilton; his granddaughter, Taylor Hamilton; one brother, Vincent (Toya) Bowman; two sisters, Amanda Haynes, and Jacobia Washington; his best friends, William Brown, and Al Rollerson, and a host of other relatives and friends.
